Mahavir Mandir Trust i.e. Shri Mahavir Sthan Sansthan invites sealed tender from eligible
bidders for the following work.

1. Name of Work : RCC STRUCTURE WORKS ( Pile, Pile Cap, Tie Beam, wall, beam and slab ) and
   brick work of GROUND + 5 floor + Terrace/ Mumty for Mahavir Arogya Sansthan, Chirayatad
   Bridge, Patna -01.
2. Project Cost : 2 Crores 10 lacs.
3. Completion Period : 18 Months.
4. Basic Building Materials like steel reinforcement, Cement, Stone chips, Coarse Sand, Bitumen
   Paint, Local Sand shall be Supplied by the Sansthan free of cost. Rest all other works will be in the
   Scope of work of the Contractor.
5. No advance will be paid for starting the work. Payment will be made on the basis of work done within
   2(two) weeks after submission of the bill.
6. Eligibility : The Bidders should have executed Construction of building at least 1(One) work of 2
   Crore or 2 (Two) works of 1Crore Each, in last 3 (Three) years.
   The Tender Documents will be sold from 21th August2025 to 18th Sep 2025 on remitting an Online fee
   of Rs. 2000/=. The last Date for submission of Tender is up to 3:00 PM on 19-09-2025. For detailed
