Applications are invited for the post of Manager Admin for our Viraat Ramayan Temple, Kaithwaliya, East Champaran. The applicant must have at least 10 years of administrative management work experience.

Post:  Manager Admin

Role Overview: Overseeing the daily support operations, facility management, and implementing of administrative policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• 24/7 Facility Oversight: Maintain office infrastructure, manage and supervise daily administrative operations, including housekeeping, security, and facility maintenance, ensuring high standards are met around the clock.
• Operations: Manage office supplies, vendor contracts, and logistics.
• Staff Supervision: Lead office teams, set KPIs, and conduct performance reviews for time to time.
• Budgeting: Develop and manage the administrative budget, tracking expenses.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with Temple policies and safety regulations.

Qualification/Eligibility:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience: 10 years in administrative management.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), strong leadership, and vendor management. 

On-site Accommodation: Special arrangements for vegetable food and lodging   facilities are available for the selected candidate within the campus itself.

Salary will be as per proficiency, depending upon the qualification, experience and performance.
