Representative image PATNA: Health department principal secretary Sanjay Kumar said on Thursday that the Mahavir Cancer Sansthan (MCS) would soon develop a health centre in Muzaffarpur. Speaking at a function organized to mark the 21st foundation day of the MCS, Sanjay claimed that the government was ready to extend all kind of help to any institute or NGO for the establishment of a cancer hospital in the state.
